PCI Video card?

I have a PVR-350 for my tuner card and had been using it for output as well, but now want to expand the capability of my PVR to do more than TV.. ie: DVD, perhaps MAME, etc.

The onboard graphics doesn't have TV-out, and I only have PCI for expansion slots.. what would people reccomend for a decent card to try and find that supports S-Video and looks good.

I saw a reccomendation for the Appollo 5200 since it cools without a fan and has good S-Video out.. any other reccomendations?

Might be an idea to look for good AGP cards and see if they do a PCI version. Fanless cards are recommended for obvious reasons.
