Hi,

I noticed that my guide hasnt been updating recently so i went to do a manual update and i get the error:

"Your EPG device doesnt appear to be correctly configured. Please check your EPG scource settings and try again"

I know for a fact that my settings are correct, does anyone have any ideas whats causing this, and how to fix it?

Thanks in advanced

Click the 'update EPG' button in the config app, then zip and attach your config.exe.log and I'll take a look.

I get the same message when I do a full update from the config app with more than 7 days. I figured out that the memory used by the config.exe goes above 1GB, I can see the out-of-memory exception in the log. For that reason I tried to do the incremental update where I have "holes" in the EPG (see thread "EPG update from zap2it). I hope sub can fix this before the next release.

How many channels do you have listed in your lineup at http://labs.zap2it.com? Are you a dish customer?

I have about 150 channels. I'm no dish customer (Comcast cable).
