Comskip .79 build 34: Some detection improvements

Changes in 0.79.34
- Added the proposed cutlistformat for TVersity, enable with output_edlx=1. Warning: This output only is available correctly when scanning the video file, not when editing the cutpoints or processing the .csv file.
- Added ini parameter sage_framenumber_bug=1 to halve the .txt file frame numbers when 720p/60fps content is detected.
- Changed logic when enabling both SILENCE and other detection methods to become more robust against input variations over broadcasting styles.
- Warning: Some changes did have the risk of slightly less quality in detection. Notify me when you detect this.

Thanks for all your efforts, I just love comskip. I am a self-confessed update junkie and update comskip almost every time I see a new version.

All of them worked really well right out of the box (so to speak) with the standard .ini file, UNTIL after I got to .79 build 30 (which worked) then I tried build 33 ... which surprisingly didn't.

I know its good behaviour quite well as I use it on rugby games I watch on one particular chanel, which always have the same logo etc. and when it was working OK there was always a stripe at the front and end (ads), and two in the middle (ads at start + just_before_end of 1/2 time, with the 1/2 time commentary in between).

As there have been no problems for a very long time has there been a major tweak that would cause this to happen?

I changed some defaults, possibly for you in the wrong direction.
Could you try to set
volume_slip=20
in your ini file?
