Ive notice from reading the forums that people are using different software like GBPVR with their Media MVP. Do i just need to download GBPVR install and it detects my MVP through my router? Any help with the setup process would be welcome.

you can start by reading the guides on the wiki. But short answer is turn off the hauppauge software, set GBPVR to autostart 1 servver for each mvp you have.

Any help with the setup process would be welcome.I think it might help if you stated what it is that you're wishing to accomplish. gbpvr isn't just alternate software for the MVP! Gbpvr is a full featured PVR application which does other stuff too. The MVP is merely an add on. David.
