I have searched the forum and googled more generally but can't find an understandable guide to using the time offset feature. Sorry if there is something I should have followed first.
My problem is that I live in Spain which is an hour ahead of the UK but get sky tv from the UK. The epg I download seems to be an hour behind us here.
I tried setting the offset feature to an hour out, then "flushed" the epg and downloaded it all again.
However, when I choose a program to record from the epg I get (I think) the program one hour before. Can anyone who has a similar problem put me straight on how to get the spanish time and the uk epg in sync?
BTW - I have also tried changing the windows clock to reflect UK time but that doesn't seem to make any difference. I can't get into the bios at the moment to change the system clock because I have a microsoft wireless keyboard that doesn't work until after the bios has completed its boot sequence. I will try a ps2 keyboard when I get a moment, if people think changing the system clock is the answer.
Thnx for any help I get.
Richard
