Is IRecordingSourceAspectRatio actually used?

Hi,

As I'm able to receive the required aspect ratio information, I've implemented the above interface with my recording source plugin.

But it seems that the method "GetSourceAspectRatio()" is never been called during a recording or live-tv.

Is it only used for the built in recording plugins or am I missing something?

Yes it is used. Its only called for live preview mode live tv. If you're got it set to 'auto' aspect ratio, then it'll dynamically change with changes in the stream.
