I've had nothing but problems with 97.9 and I currently don't have the time to try and figure it out. 96.12 worked fine for me, but the old download link is not working.

If anyone could point me to 96.12 I would appreciate it.

Thanks.

Thanks to some members, I got 96.12.

I imagine there are quite a few people looking to get the 96.12 download until the 97.x Guide issues get figured out.

Anyone have a link?

What guide issues are you referring to? I have had no problems at all with 97.x, guide or otherwise.

Just curious...

I'd also like to get 0.96.12, as I can't get any BDA recording to work with the new version (verified it's not my card/drivers by using WatchHDTV).

If someone has it, but it's not ok to post publically, can you private message me?

I'm fairly sure Sub would not approve. I'm also pretty sure that if you read the license agreement you will see that you aren't supposed to redistribute the software.

It is true, but I was f-ed with the new version. It would crash playing any divx file I had, and I converted all of my shows to divx. I am certain others are in the same boat. I am not "distributing it." Only providing a temp fix while sub is on vacation.

I had a problem like that when I upgraded too.
Sounds like you need to totally uninstall .NET and reinstall using .NET 2.0
if you already have .NET 2.0 installed on top of .NET 1.0 (and the 1.1 patch) uninstall all versions of .NET and reboot.
Then install .NET 2.0
if this does not fix the problem then I will try to think of how I fixed the problem originally (my memory is fuzzy)

The only feedback I've gotten from Sub is that he doesn't want any download links posted to older versions - he hasn't said anything to me or on the forums beyond that. I have versions dating back about 1.5 years - anyone can PM me if they need an older version.
