I was wondering if there is going to be an update to the MyPrograms plugin to make it work with version 0.97? Or, is there another program that does the same thing? I want to be able to launch my game emulators from within GBPVR, but the MyPrograms plugin specifically says that it won't work with the version I am on.

Reven has already stated he will update My Programs to work with 97.x, but he wants to finish other plugins first.
