Color Coding

I am not sure if this is a skin issue but I will start here. Not too long ago I set my tv guide to use color coding for genre/title/whatever. I made one item yellow. However, white text on a yellow background is almost impossible to read. My problem is now I cannot find where I made this change. I am running v. 97 and started with a clean install. The only plugin I currently have is Theater Listing. I am using the MCE2 theme but have used a few others. I have been all through GBPVR and the config app and for the life of me can't find where I changed it at.

I am using the community skin and the regular TV guide plugin that comes with GVPBR 99.12 At some point, I tried to colour code for genre and decided I didn't like it. I when into the settings in the TVGuide plugin and noticed that all the defaults were set at FF000000. I then tried to change all the genre coloured back but could not enter numbers, I could choose black which is ff000000. Thus, all the shows with a genre I tried to change show black, whereas the ones I had not changed are transparent. The show with the cursor on it is green and the shows that are scheduled to record are in red. What I want to do is to get the shows displayed with a black background to go back to the default of transparent but I am at a loss as to where to look. I had tried the EWA, but concluded that the setting in that program could not affect the GBPVR TV Guide colours. Any ideas??

Not the same issue, but related; I have been meaning to post this for ages. In my genre colour-coding I have multiple entries for the same thing, ie the heading will appear 5-6-7 times (movies, movies, movies, etc.).

I also see the same behaviour in the web interface, which makes makes me suspect a database issue. Anyone else see this? Any suggestions how to fix it? Not a showstopper, just annoying.
