My music pluggin source ?

I'm not really sure. I'm not the author of My Music, but I know reven's plugins are not open source. Probably best to have a browse around the wiki at http://www.gbpvr.com/pmwiki/.

im a big believer in closed source, if its not something that is really tricky, and just something that takes a lot of time to perfect etc i rather keep it closed source.

however if it is something tricky and theres not a lot of good examples etc on the internet i would give out source for some things. (like im going to release parts of the "Vidphone" plugin once its finished).

but the my music etc, aren't really tricky just lots of work and designing to get them to work nicely, but nothing that difficult (well nothing you would really need a tutorial for)

Hello Reven,

my need is only to integrate the foobar player instead of media player in the music module. I don't want to destruct anything. I want to do myself because i don't see any future release soon with this feature and as you can guess i don't want to begin from scratch just for this add-on.

If you don't want to give me your code source (that's i understand), maybe you could give me the part of your code wich calls the player and i modify it to send you back.

most of its handled by gbpvr itself, i just dont "handle" the button presses for
- next
- prev
- stop

i do handle
- play
- pause (i may remove this though, and let gbpvr handle it)

and the gbpvr music errr lib, is too widely used throughout the plugin to easily add the ability to use another player, ie to get the player, current track info etc all calls the gbpvr music classes.
