OSD and the Esc key

I am working on a sports ticker for my sports scores plug in and have it working pretty good so far.

The problem is that when my score is being displayed over a recording, the Esc key does not work. (Esc key should exit the recording and go back to the main menu.)

Do I have to handle it somehow? :confused:

Actually it's not just the escape key -- when my sports plugin OSD is displayed on top of video, the MVP remote is not recognized.....

To be honest, its been such a long time since I implemented this that I cant remember the exact details. I also dont have any some code that uses these API so it's hard for me to test. If you want to send me a sample, I'll check.

Well, some really strange things happen when you hit the back key while the ticker is being displayed over a video.

The screen rapidly flashes between the ticker and the main menu, and there is really no way to get out of it -- gotta reset the mvp at that point.
