remove scrolling text from Countour Blue theme

This may sound kind of dumb, but how do you remove the scrolling text underneath the VA Panel of the main screen of the "Contour Blue" theme? See the attached image... Any help would be great! Thanks.

BaseSkin\main menu\skin.xml

Add what I have shown here in red to disable it. (or delete the line)

Thanks! I guess trying to figure that out at 2 in the morning made it seem impossible to remove. Haha!
