Ok, I have the file. Will test it tommorrow. To make this more baseskin compatible, there are certain things you need to do with your button names and/or the copytheme.bat file. BaseSkin used many plugins skinned from MCE2, and uses those names in the \resources directory. If you want this to be a BaseSkin themepack, there is a few things to do still. Most of which is just in redoing the copytheme.bat file.

The easier way is to use:

Button_Selected.png instead of Button_Pressed.png
Button_Normal.png instead of Button_Unselected.png
Button_PopupNormal.png instead of Button_PopUp_Unselected.png
Button_PopupSelected.png instead of Button_Popup_Selected.png

I know, just a comment. Looking at what you have here. I am willing to bet you will see the same problems using 'Blue' for the visualizations problem. If not, then I have to take a look into the skin more. Nothing is jumping out at me.

Does anyone else loose visualizations on a secondary menu? Or see stuttering with music visualizations with the newsfeed panel?

In the meantime, dragon, disable the newspanel and see if the stuttering goes away during music playback.

Sorry I can't help for quite some time to test this on my HTPC. I work 9hrs at my first job today and 6hrs at my second one (weekend job) today. Won't have time much this weekend. Holiday weekend here in the USA.

Yes, for sure: Even with the default blueskin is this behaviour. And i am not able to understand this.
But i found out another thing. I opened the Windows Task Manager -> Processes and changed the view to all available options to view.
You know, what i could see while GB-PVR running? Page-Errors... MILLIONS of them! And this within 10 Minutes Runtime; all other Background Programs on my PC has MAX. 1000 of them. What's happening with GB-PVR? Does it have Leaks, or something like this? I am not a programmer, but i got panic as i saw this!

I don't know, it seems no one looks into this thread ^^; But i have the Problem at home and here at work. At home is my full install and here's a GB-PVR. Newsfeed and Weather Only install for skinning Purposes.
Same here like at home... :-(

Jepp..., with Newspanel disabled, the stuttering of the Visualisation is gone; i checked this three times.

Yeah... germany isn't really better at moment. All the people who thinks, than german people would work 8 hours/day, 5 days/week are dreamers *g*
I am working 6 days/week 12 hours... -.- 2 years ago i had a 15 h/7 days job *chatt*

That is a GB-PVR issue with the secondary menu then. I don't know about the page errors...I know nothing about programming as well. If you have these errors and visualization problems with 'blue', then that is an issue for sub to address.

Well, there you go. Troubleshooted your own issues so far. The missing Vis is a GB-PVR issue, the stuttering is the Newsfeed panel. The author (?? if still around ??) has to address this.

What? No 4-day work week? (Joke)
Isn't there some Euro countries/companies trying to do this to help with employment issues? Doesn't that make people need more than one job then?
I am not really current on global economies and such. Wink

For now i disabled the Visualisations within config.xml, because with this enabled, Net Radio doesn't Display any informations in the downpanel... ^^;

Bughunting is a funny hobby :-D

You'll laugh..., ten years ago (the time we paid in DM, not in €Wink this wasn't something special. Most workers worked 4,5 days/week and earned enought to live. But since we're having this &&$%§/§" Euro for payment the earnings decrease and the costs increases. An example: You earned 3.000 DM, now you have ~ 1.500 €. 3K DM were a lot of money..., Renting a Living Room, eatable stuff and all other things had a good price. Now with Euro the prices for Livingroom doubled(!) itself, the costs for eatable things nearly doubled... all got much more expensive and this within only 10(!) years! My living room cost me every month 725 Euro (~ 1.400 DM)..., 10 years ago it was 800 DM! Gnah... i don't like the EG..., since we are inside them, we pay and pay and pay and don't get anything back..., only good for poor countries, because they're getting more rich.

Fatman_do Wrote:Isn't there some Euro countries/companies trying to do this to help with employment issues? Doesn't that make people need more than one job then?
Yeah... they tell so, but this is only a lie. Meanwhile many people are working around the clock and haven't enough money to live, but things like this you'll never see in the TV. It's a hard time in the moment: The biggest industries move away from germany, and the remaining ones betray the country with not paying taxes. The social-net is collaborating, it's only a question of time, when this country will be a 3rd world country.

But that's too much offtopic..., sorry that i am whining to you ^^; I am so disappointed about german politic... -.- They haven't any understanding of commercial things and aren't able to calculate 1+1 Undecided

I'll have to thank sub too, because he'll change some things @ Net Radio and Inset @ Main Menu using Subfolders (bugfixing).
