Happening again

I had to perform a clean reinstall of GBPVR. I'm trying to set my skins back up and everytime I open ThemeManager I get an error of

Error: Could not find a part of the path 'c:\program files\devnz\gbpvr\skin\baseskin\AllTitleLogos\select_logo.png

I got this error the first time I tried seting up skins and eventually copied all the files in the \BaseSkin folder to the \Blue Folder. This time, though, the AllTitleLogos and AllTaskImages folder dont even display.
They ARE present if I drop to CMD prompt and do a DIR to view them but they are locked folders that cannot be edited.

Ideas??
