Which tuner is recording what?

I'd like an extra status text put on the screen you see when a program is recording, that says the name of the tuner as defined in the config. This would be useful in troubleshooting.

I think what frumbert was asking is that the status text be put on the main GBPVR screen where the main menu is (kind of like where it says "Recording Soon" and "Recording now"). This would be cool, but only for troubleshooting or debug purposes. Too much clutter otherwise.

You can sort of get this functionality from the ParaLED utility on the wiki. Needs a box of LEDs to rig it up but its useful when youve forgotten about some recording or other and your tuner suddenly becomes unavailable...

This is exactly what I'm looking for. A "troubleshooting mode" switch in the config would be the thing to add for it. Turning it on would throw troubleshooting info into that main menu bit when gbpvr is up.
