if I'm watching a program windowed on the menu screen (I often do this because it's a quick way to display the time while watching a show) it would be helpful if the channel change buttons still functioned.
***edit*** working transport controls for recordings, videos etc would also be good on this screen....

I know it's not what you want but, pressing the Blue button shows the time while watching TV so you don't need to go back to the menu.

OK, that kinda works Smile but when I'm getting ready for work it's still useful to have the time on permenantly rather than hunting for the blue button every few seconds....

The green button also displays the time and it stays on until pressed again.
