has any one heard about this card ? it has a philips chip in it.

Any idea what I should try to use in the configurations to make it work ?

It has SAA7130 chip and Philips TDA9801T chip and a TI SN761672 chip
It suppose to be Hardware capture (but I'm realy not sure).

Looks like a software encoder card so no it will not work natively, you could try the wdm encoder plug in.
