Goto byte offset/time location - MP3 Files

Sub, wondering if it might be possible to add a goto byte or time location inside an mp3 file.

I don't know how you do it in a video file (for your resume function) but wonder if maybe the similar could be provided for music?

Sorry for not commenting. I did see it, but got busy and forgot to respond.

I'm sure I'l be able to add this in a future release, but cant say for sure if it'll be the next release or not.
