Mapping Windows 2000 PC

I have a networking question that for the life of me I can not figure out. I have GBPVR installed on a windows 2000 pro pc. I have two other PC's running windows XP home. Neither XP box can see the windows 2000 box when looking at the network neighborhood under the workgroup they are all configured for. But, I can map the gbpvr box to one of the XP pc's using the standard \\servername\mapname and it works fine. However, I cannot get it mapped on the other XP box no matter what I try. The XP boxes are set up the exact same as far as I can tell where networking is concerned. I can ping it from both boxes no problem. Any ideas?

IIRC, you simply need to use a different (unique) login name and password for each XP system.
Then, share something (any folder) on each of the XP Home systems.
Add the XP users as (users) on your 2k box, and 2k user to the xp boxes. The 2k system will be the lanmaster unless you have a XP pro system on the network.
Configure (or disable) your XP firewall(s) to allow local network access.
