when pc is restarted mvp has to be rebooted since upgrade

I use the mvp with a crossover cable anstatic ip, since upgrading to 9808 whenever pc is reboot or shutdown the mvp blinks the no cable icon on screen. i have to remove the power and start hauppauge to get dongle to load and then its good again. what can i do for this

If your MVP is not one of the newer H model, you can try the old dongle from previous release to see if it fixes it.
