I know there isn't much info out there on CableCard yet, but I was just wondering if you had heard any tidbits about Microsofts intentions on supporting CableCard and any exposed API's. I ask as my cable provider was recently bought out by Time Warner and they are doing an initial re-organization of channels which is resulting in losing 7 analog channels for now, and they are hinting at moving more to digital only.
If they keep this up, I won't be able to use my tuner cards aside from s-video and thats just a pain.
THanks for all of your work on this program, hopefully the cable companies aren't going to encrypt us all out of it
