Ahh, okay, I don't use the Hauppauge software. When GBpvr takes control over the remote it also works when it's out of focus. I also think that GBpvr responds more quickly when it has direct access to the remote.

lol - Doh! I put this feature in yesterday. Ther is now a "Stay topmost" system menu option, which can be accessed by right clicking on the GB-PVR icon in the taskbar.

It doesn't attempt to retain focus, because I thought the use for this would be to watch TV in a window while you are using another application.

Hey, I would rather use the internal method than install yet another program that does god knows what. Your method does exactly what I want it to.
