tab index in config

sub can you fix the tab index in the config form, like if you just use the keyboard and use tab the controls are indexed right they jump all over the place. im sure you know what i mean (one of my compsci lecturers always goes on and on about this )

OK, I've just spent a few minutes fixing the tab order. For the most part the tabbing will be pretty clean for the next release.
