Hello,

When I have a recording start, the scroll light does not come on, and a blinky.rec file is not created. There is the following lines inthe gbpvr.log

Code:
]
9/12/2006 9:07:03 p.m..437    VERBOSE    [6]    Blinky Configuration Setting /Config/writefilename :blinky.rec
9/12/2006 9:07:03 p.m..437    VERBOSE    [6]    System.FormatException: String was not recognized as a valid Boolean.
   at System.Boolean.Parse(String value)
   at Blinky.Blinker.LoadConfig()

Any Ideas?

Based on the error it looks like the CONFIG XML was modified and one of the boolean (true/false) values is set incorrectly. Pop open your config, and see if one of the values that should say "true" or "false" says anything else.

If youre uncomefortable with that, overwrite it with the default config that came in the .zip. Let me know if that doesnt correct the issue.

Yeah, I dont know what I did - but it started working.

I can't remember changing the options back from true (but I may have used True instead)
Must have done something wrong, or the PC restart fixed it (unlikely)

I guess the only issue I have with the plugin is just that, it's a plugin, so only works when GBPVR is open.

Thanks

Yeah when writing it I considered making one that was independent of GBPVR but that opens up a whole new set of issues. Since I wrote it for my use (and I'm always running GBPVR on the machine) it wasnt an issue.
