Dvico Fusion 5 Lite BSOD during shut down

I have been using 2 F5L cards in my old machine. I recently installed these two cards in my new Dell PC. The cards work well but when I try to shut PC down, I get BSOD with zulutcap.sys error. This only happens if my PC access the cards. If I turn on and shut down, no BSOD. And if I use FusionHDTV app, then shut down is okay. BSOD occurs if I use either GB-PVR or BeyondTV.

I took out one to see whether IRQ is an issue. Even with 1 card with no IRQ sharing, I still get the BSOD.
