Here is a patch for the Ajax code in EWA.....chud had found that the last release of EWA caused a steady increase in the memory that the gbpvrrecording service. The memory wasreleased when EWA was closed.

It appears to be some calls the Ajax code was doing were staying in memory......so I recoded how the call was being done and it appears that it may have addressed the issue.

Feel free to try it out and let me know if you memory in the gbpvrrecording service stays fairly static after the initial EWA load.

Download Patch.

Uncle, thx for the patch. Initial testing seems to solve the memory leak. I had seen it go to 600.000K and even 800.000K which might have caused a few crashes of the recordingservice. It now stays between 80.000 and 90.000 with the EWA in use for some time.

I was wondering what that was, Smile heh...
The patch seems very effective...
The Recording Sercive seems very stable in the high 80's,
No more of the 650+...

Thank You,
