It will be doing those rules. When you schedule a recording, it'll works its way down the list looking for an available capture source that has the requested channel.

If the recording is adjacent to another recording, and <TryToHonourPaddingIfPossible>true</TryToHonourPaddingIfPossible> then it can be moved at the very last mine to try to let first recording retain its padding.

Could there be an element added that skinners could use to display which Tuner is in use? Like the "clock" element, but would be used to show which tuner number (or even better, tuner name) is in use. Like when we bring up the live tv guide, it could say "Using Tuner 1" or "Using PVR-150-MCE".

This would be helpful for me since i have a handful of channels that overlap between my two tuners (7,9,12, & 31). For example, i have a show coming up to record that's on channel 7. 7 is fuzzy on Antenna (tuner 2), so i always want it to record on Dish (tuner 1) if possible. If I'm watching live tv on one of the channels that overlap (lets say 9), it would be nice if I could bring up the guide and see what tuner I'm using. Then if I'm using tuner 1, I can either exit live TV or choose a channel that I know is only on the antenna so it switches tuners, then go back to 9.
