Hello,
So I am changing from ADSL to Telstra Cable for my internet - I currently have this modem / router combo
http://www.ascent.co.nz/productspecifica...mID=338630
Belkin F5D7633-4
I want to know if I will still be able to use this for my router, and wireless access once I change to Telstra.
The Telstra modem connects via ethernet, so am I able to just plug the modem into one of the 4 ethernet ports (using x-over or otherwise) on the router and have it run the same? (pretty much bypassing the ASDL connection?)
Or do I have to buy another router? (annoying if I do)
Thanks
