My EPG source lists one channel that is out by 30 minutes. If I want to record I have to enter a manual recording request.

It would be great if I could store an offset for that channel to be applied with the EPG is updated.

Thanks,
Greg

Sorry, I wont be doing that.

You'd have to ask the developer of your XMLTV grabber for that functionality so that it can collect listings with the correct time.

You could also do a bit of post processing on the xml tv guide after refetching it. You'll need a bit of programming/scripting experience for this. A language such as perl is quite suitable for this.

You could use TVxb as your xmltv grabber
it has the channels defined in a ini-file that lets you
set a specific timezone and dates for summertime adjustment per channel if you want. I use it for some sat channels.

I second TVXB, seting offsets is very simple, although the initial setup for Grabbing can be a bit complicated.
