Better feedback for EPG update

On System screeen:
- Show "EPG Last updated on XX/XX/XXXX"
OR
- Show "You have EPG Data up to YY/YY/YYYY" (like EWA)

Also, during update, maybe a progress? something that shows it's working? %-wise would be even better, or something that shows the current action.

I had considered doing this in the past, but it gets messy when you've got multiple capture sources with different EPG sources, where this didnt seem a good way to represent this.

I understand there are issues there (and I'm in a different state of mind, having sinlge tuner). But how does the EWA does it? whatever it does seems to work, so why not in the main interface?

on the subject of EPG, is there any chance of having an option added to EPG options for a batch file / exe file (a bit like the channel changer command line exe).

I'm using Alan Birtles XMLTV Grabber for the UK listings which is great, but and of course you know this, Windows Scheduler is CR AP. Your scheduler is fine (of course it is) and this would fix all my issues....

Since day one you've been able to create an UpdateEPG.bat file in the GB-PVR directory, and it'll be run automatically prior to the EPG update.
