How about a plugin for shared TV, such as SopCast etc?

within gbpvr, you'll have to use ubustream and tune into the server PC, something like this h**p://127.0.0.1:8902/tv.asf. (for sopcast)

If your using an MVP, its not gonna work because of all the buffering that the P2P servers have, you haved to keep re-selecting the channel.

Instead of the MVP, i found XBMC better to stream these P2P internet TV stations, as it would recover the buffering automatically.

Sadly, the best of these programs (ppmate) has the best station for footie (caifu sports/SIPTV) with the least buffering BUt i can't get VLC to sync up to it. Don't know why, its the only station that it wont work with.Sad
