On upgrading to 99.12 and using Overlay Manager as the video renderer the left click of the mouse does not have any effect when watching live tv or a recorded show on the OSD. It will not cause a channel change or enter time shift mode or exit in live TV or cause a pause or skip or exit when watching a recording. Right click will cause a exit. These functions worked OK in 99.5 using overlay and they all work in 99.12 if I use VMR9 which I would prefer not to due to load on CPU.

Any idea what is wrong?

Does it work if you change video decoders?

I just had a support post similar to this. It might be related?

Quote:"Comminity skin 2.1.5 - Live TV, move mouse, OSD comes on, the X does not exit LiveTV - did in previous version."

I did not change anything in the CommunitySkin OSD for quite some time.

I will be trying to replicate this in the next few minutes, so I will see if I can duplicate it on my end (I need the use of my HTPC and not my laptop). I don't use Overlay, but that might need to be something to check on.

I asked user to replicate in blue, so I will see if that answer is yes and report here.

There is no change if I use Cyberlink Video/Sp decoder or Sonic Cinemaster DS decoder. I Have always used Intervideo Non Css decoder. I am using the default skin (Blue).

I confirm the same non-OSD mouse support with Overlay Manager (after switching from vrm9 with no problems).

Sub tried patch supplied and it restored the mouse control of the OSD in Overlay Manager.

Thanks.
