I was wondering if anybody here was using this card and if they are how do you think it performs? I've read that it was having some problems with Windows MCE reception. Does it work well with GB-PVR?

If its got BDA drivers, then it should work. I cant personally vouch for whether its a good device or not though.

Is anybody currently using it that can speak about the quality of reception that it gets and all that? It would be cheaper to go with two Cat's Eye DTA 150's but that would use up all the PCI slots on the matx mb.
