Newbie - Hello

Hello, Just wanted to say thanks for making a great PVR (free) that stacks up to the likes of Beyond TV.

I have a Leadtek WinFast tv2000xp RM.
It claimed to come with a decent PVR when I bought it, but the software it came with is for the birds. Very cheap and poorly written.

I love gbpvr, but It doesn't support my hardware. Leadtech did make Vista Drivers, but It doesn't even work with VMC or BTV. I thought about building a linux box to run Myth TV, but I would so much rather have a windows based system.

Any chance you will support this card in the future?
If there is anything I can do to help, I would be pleased.

Sorry, no - I wont be adding support for this type of card in the future.

good luck with linux. Its definitely not easy.

Just get a good hardware encoding card. Its so much better for the computer and nicer to use.
