I have two programs that are messed up. I set them up to record for an hour (with a little padding) and ended up with the video (especially at the start) jumping from one scene to the next, with a few pieces of the show completely clipped out. I ended up with several minutes missing - the show was to record for ~1 hour but ended up with ~55 minutes.

So I looked at the log and noticed there were errors... the same errors on each show - but only those two shows - others recorded just fine. I'm wondering if this has to do with comskip. I don't use it, but I noticed that it was checked in config so I unchecked it. Or perhaps it has to do with coming out of standby - both shows were the first to record after coming out of standby. Or perhaps I had some other program trying to update (like AVG virus scan?) when the PC came out of standby. So I shut AVG update off and will update manually. But I really have no idea, so I'm hoping someone can tell me how to fix it.

I attached the log entries that occurred around the time of Grey's Anatomy (one of the two that were messed up). These were the lines describing the errors:

2007-03-29 07:58:19.015 VERBOSE [5] Programme is now recording
2007-03-29 07:58:19.077 VERBOSE [5] RecordingFactory.save()

I cant really tell from the log why it happened, but if you set <LogSQL>true</LogSQL> in config.xml, then reboot, then next time it occurs it should have the info I'd need in the logs to diagnose it.
