TV on both monitors

I am a newbie to post so please bear with me. I am using ver 99.12 with ATI x650 on a 21" and a TV. GBPVR loads on my TV(Secondary) no prob, but when I try to watch Live Tv or recordings it plays on TV and monitor. Older versions no prob. Help?

did you switch to the overlay renderer? and it is playing the video on both screens through some graphics card settings?
