How to add new Plugin to Wiki

Hey Guys,

I've almost finished a beta release for my ComTweak plugin. So I've started looking into how to edit the wiki, and I am at a complete loss. I am asked to login all the time and there is no way to register a username. Can someone point me in the right direction?
