All of my ComSkip .txt, .logo.txt, and .log files appear in the Recordings menu, even though my filter is set to ".mpg .dvr-ms".

How very odd.

Set your GB-PVR logging level to "Debug". Then click my system tray icon to bring the balloon up. This will recreate the menu. Then use the "Report Error" option on the tools menu and post your logs here.

Also could you give me an example of a set of files that Slimm GB-PVR is showing incorrectly, i.e., the recording name and the .txt etc names.

If you can use regedit, could you also post the value of this registry key "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Slimm Solutions\Slimm GBPVR\Menus\Recordings\FileExtensionFilter"? Do not change anything in the registry.

Thanks.

I had deleted the Comskip files, since I don't use GB-PVR to watch the recorded shows, but I manually re-ran Comskip on one of the shows to get some data.
The registry value is ".mpg .dvr-ms".
Error report is attached.

An example of a set of files that are all shown:

American Dragon Jake Long_20070602_15301600.log
American Dragon Jake Long_20070602_15301600.logo.txt
American Dragon Jake Long_20070602_15301600.mpg
American Dragon Jake Long_20070602_15301600.txt

Of course, the extensions aren't shown, so I see:

American Dragon Jake Long_20070602_15301600 (with a MPG icon)
American Dragon Jake Long_20070602_15301600 (with a LOG icon)
American Dragon Jake Long_20070602_15301600 (with a TXT icon)
American Dragon Jake Long_20070602_15301600.logo (with a TXT icon)
