I've been going through some of the examples to work, and I would like to try out playing w/ the GBPVRPlugInSkeleton. It has a settings panel, an easy to read layout, and some basics I'm interested in programing.

Was it possible to make that work, or was it never functional? It's missing CommonGBPVRUtilities so it can be built, but I didn't know if it could be built even if it had that.

Sorry, I cant answer that one. I'm not familiar with this. McBainUK might be able to point you in the right direction?

After adding the reference to CommonGBPVRUtilities the plugin still does not compile. I have an error in the .sln file, saying that the project is referencing a GUID which isn't present in the current project. I was never able to get anywhere past this.

Also though, I found the UI Elements Example Plugin to be much more helpful than the GBPVRPlugInSkeleton. This plugin uses the UI Elements to display and control the visual elements of the plugin, which I find much easier than how GBPVRPlugInSkeleton handles things.

I have gotten that example to compile. You might try unreferencing CommonGBPVRUtilities and GBPVRPublic, then adding them back in via 'add reference --> browse'.

Also, you might try deleting (or renaming) the .sln file. Open the project via the .csproj file, the .sln will then be re-created when you save the project.
