logs after clean boot: try'd photo (\\nas\foto) and music (\\nas\music).
I changed back the recording service account to system because a: adminstrator account didnt solve it, b: mvallevand's setup work and I like to keep the things in default configuration.

Those logs done show any attempt to visit the music/video library. Can you try again, and repost the logs?

sorry for the delay - family wants to diner - dont know why waste my time (I hope my wife never read this forum) ;-)

I had also searched the log before my first post - didnt find any trace.
I will upload my config.xml too.

In Picture Library I chose "Foto" (local drive) -> back -> "Foto library" (nas share) -> back - > and again "foto". But again: if I try to select Foto library" (\\nas\foto] absolutly nothing happens. loglevel is debug

i get the same problem, as soon as i clik videos te menu grays out and i cant do anything until i ctrl alt del

thats a little bit different, I use mvp only and no action take place if I try to access a share. I think sub will not dig deeper because mvallevand reported that a similar setup in his case work. So it seems not only gbpvr related, I got something in my back mind "like xp with lower then sp2" cannot access shares whitout passwords. I think its not so simple because I can access that shares from my pc-desktop - but maybe .net does it in its own way and cannot access that shares. what os and sp on your site ?

Sorry herrmannj, I cant see any obvious error in your logs. Maybe try removing that i:\ compact flash media library directory to see if it helps.

thank you for your help, sub. As I said: because a similar setup work on mvallevands side, it must be somethings special to me (the nas box - os etc).
