I get this message with ONE particular movie. I am using WINDVD (free version), no parental controls are set anywhere. I went into WINDVD and even set the parental controls to allow everything, but still no go. Anyone else experience this? Is there a fix? This is for a movie that my son bought (Dunstans something...cant remember the name)
