If you are running SlimPVR - exit it - it will detect the recording service is stopped and restart it!

I don't have SlimPVR. I do kill GBPVRRecordingService, GBPVRTray, PVR2 (I hope I didn't miss anything, though not sure about the exact names), I do check what service is running through Control Panel → Administrative Tools → Services. I put the new file in /web/App_code/. I even restart my machine. The WebAdmin doesn't start.
I do realize that I might be missing something or doing something stupid, BUT has anybody successfully applied the patch?

I have....I have been running it on two machines since I released it without issue.....this is really weird......

Try the attached...there is a difference in the timestamp.....not sure why.....

Thank you. The time stamp is different by 6 min, but the content is the same... I'll try it later today when I get home. Sorry for causing such trouble, Gary

Commenting out the following line in the beginning of the patch seems to solve the problem:
//using GBPVRSchedule;
