I did a quick search but didn't see it mentioned.
IMDB provides a web-based TV listings grid, with the show name, title and description on the same HTML page. A few other metadata items such as rating, episode #, and repeat status also seem to be present. IIRC, all of the other listings websites required a click on the show to get this metadata.

In case the Yahoo option becomes unavailable, one could write a scraper for this site that wouldn't require too many requests, as all the info is available on the same page.
It only seems to give 12 days of listings, and not all lineups were available (for Fairfax County, VA USA they had Cox digital but not analogue).
