the celeron d is far better and video processing than the semprons (not including 3100+ thats a sempron on drugs) sure its not as good as a p4, but the processor isnt being full used when running gbpvr, but my ram is (and was just wondering if more ram would speed up gbpvr).

celeron d 330 can encode xvid at aroun 25fps (well so said in a hardware review, theres a link to it under sempron or celeron in this forum).

As I mentioned in my post I also have 256mb of ram (and p3 933/133). Is there a way for me to improve performance given those specs e.g. more ram, trimming os or is it just more clockspeed that will help?
