my power button on my mce remote no longer brings my machine out of stand by it used to work dont know when it stopped working only use it when i hit it by mistake
still sends the machine into standby
just doesnt bring it back out (the light lights up on the receiver but nothing happens)

ok the remote now works but i thought it wasnt becaus ethe screen stays black but its the computer is going

hence the reason i thought i was staying off
