Martin,
Just started tinkering with mvpmc and it's great... some really good possibilities here.
Just wondering if there was a way to automatically start playback of, or select a default MP3 playlist through the mvp?
Right now I've got a PC running basic Linux with MPD and MPC which automatically randomly plays a playlist corresponding to the day's weather forecast. Wife likes to turn on the PC in the morning and she knows what the weather will be like for the day as it starts to play random songs with "Cloudy", or "Sunny", or "Showers", or "Windy" etc in the title name. I'd like to use the PC for something else, so thought maybe mvpmc with Slimserver or similar may be able to pull off something similar. Any ideas?
