Flac In MVP

If you remind me at a later stage (once pre-release testing begin), I'll see if we can stream FLAC files to the mvpmc dongle in emulation mode, without transcoding.

Thanks sub. I've got 300 CD's in FLAC format and I hate having to leave GB-PVR during emulation mode testing to listen to something when I could listen and test at the same time
