Minimize HIP at startup?

I don't know if I'm missing it or if it simply can't do it. Using HIP with an MCE remote, the HIP option is checked for "load on startup," and it does, but then I have to manually press the "run" button on its main screen and then manually minimize it.

Can HIP auto-run and auto-minimize itself after auto-starting?

HIP minimizes for me all the time...there are a couple of things to check.

1. make sure that all the entries in HIP are valid. If a program entry is invalid then it'll stay open.

2. look in your start up directory. There should be a shortcut there, look in it's properties and tell it to start up minimized.

Looks like you called it. Thanks. I was using someone else's base template for the remote, and they had Winamp controls on there. I don't have Winamp but didn't think it hurt anything leaving them in. I deleted those, and on the next reboot it ran on its own and went to tray.
