Batch to surely Hibernate & Update EPG

For one year now I have been using these two batch files to hibernate my GBPVR-HTPC and to update my EPG’. Starting from some batch files have been posted by others in this forum I constantly improved their functionalities to fulfil my needs.
Now I share the results to all of you.

What is needed.

Hibernate.bat
- Shutter (http://www.den4b.com)
- GBPVRcli for checking if a recording is early scheduled or running (http://gbpvr.com/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Utility/GBPVRcli)
- Psshutdown to Hibernate (optional) (http://www.microsoft.com/technet/sysinte...tdown.mspx)
Shutter has to be set to run Hibernate.bat after 900 seconds of CPU load lower than 23% (set both values to attain your PC and needs).

UpdateEPG.bat
- CMDOW to minimize batch window (http://www.commandline.co.uk/cmdow/)
- XMLTV, TVxb or whatever EPG grabber

I've been using the default standby functionality from XP hapilly for more than two years, but recently after a reinstall, it stopped working properly. I have been searching this and other forums, tried several of the suggested tools (mst standby tool, hibernator,...) but no success.... My computer would only rarely go into standby when it should. sigh.

So then I tried this hibernator.bat and it seems to work really good! Fantastic ! Many thanks to the author and all contributors!

So I am happy, well, almost happy. I want to allow any user that is logged on to cancel the standby. The psshutdown utility does have a few options for this (-c -m -v), but the popup message only pops up when logged on with the administrator account. For all the other users, there is no popup and no way to cancel.

Does somebody now how to achieve this?
