Hello,

I've been using GB-PVR for a few days now with an HVR-1300. It is an excellent piece of software.

I am mainly using the web interface in IE 7.

I've got a problem creating a manual recording using 'Manual Record' under the 'TV Guide' tab.

I enter the details

The Last Enemy
BBC1
17/02/2008
21:00
22:30
Keep 5 recordings
Every Week
quality High
pre 3 mins
post 0 mins

The dates and times are entered using the GUI popup windows.

When I hit record I get the following 'String was not recognized as a valid DateTime' error.

Quote:Server Error in '/gbpvr' Application.

Version Information: Microsoft .NET Framework Version:2.0.50727.832; ASP.NET Version:2.0.50727.832

I got this error whatever details I attempt to use ... even if I leave the time and date as the default.

Any help would be appreciated.

(I was previously using PowerCinema but GB-PVR is nicer and more reliable. And free. Keep up the good work!)

may have to query the date format from win to ensure format unless he entered it manually...

What version of EWA are you using? The one that is currently shipping out-of-the-box is Build 66....it does not have any changes for culture.....build 70 introduced those changes.

You should load the current build 73 if you are currently running out of the box EWA. Instructions are on the wiki as well.

Let me know.
